GK Housing Services provides consultancy services to Registered Social Landlords in Scotland.

Primarily focusing on committee appraisals GK Housing Services can provide cost-effective services in line with the Scottish Housing Regulator's requirements to have an annual appraisal of the organisations management commitee.

Who we are

Grant Kennedy has worked in the social housing sector in Scotland for more than 20 years, including serving on the board of various housing associations and Glasgow West of Scotland Forum. Grant graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Housing Studies, and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Grant is currently Deputy Chief Executive of a Housing Association in Glasgow and also runs GK Housing Services.
